IEEE 4th International Conference on Multimedia Information Processing and Retrieval (IEEE MIPR 2021)

March 22-24, 2021 September 8-10, 2021. Tokyo, Japan online.

Submission Instructions

Papers reporting original and unpublished research results pertaining to the topics in the CFP are solicited. Regular paper manuscripts must be in English of up to 6 pages excluding references (using the IEEE two-column template instructions). Submissions should include the title, author(s), affiliation(s), e-mail address(es), abstract, and postal address(es) on the first page. The online submission site is: Submission Link. If web submission is not possible, please contact the program co-chairs for alternate arrangements. Papers will be selected based on their originality, timeliness, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation. Paper submission implies the intent of at least one of the authors to register and present the paper, if accepted. Best Paper Award: IEEE MIPR will be presenting a Best Paper award and a Best Student Paper award. The best paper will be selected by separate committee and will be the one that reports the most novel and promising research work that has a high potential impact in the real world. The best student paper will be selected by the same committee and will be the one with the highest quality among all student papers, of which the first author should be a student with the enrollment status when the paper is submitted.

There are four different submission types. Selection of papers within each category will be handled independently.
